Does registration include my hotel stay?
No, the registration fee covers the conference experience and meals. Accommodation is booked separately. However, registered attendees receive access to an exclusive preferred rate at the JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka.
How do I book my hotel room?
Once you complete your registration for the event, you will receive a confirmation email containing a private link to book your room at our exclusive conference rate. We recommend booking early as rooms are limited.
What is the best way to get to the JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka?
The resort is located in Minett, Ontario. It is approximately a 2.5-hour drive from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). We recommend renting a car or coordinating with other attendees for a scenic drive north.
Can I bring my spouse or partner?
While the core sessions are designed for industry professionals, the JW Marriott is a stunning destination. If you plan to bring a guest who will not be attending the sessions, please contact our team to inquire about guest passes for evening receptions (subject to availability).
I have dietary restrictions. Will they be accommodated?
Yes. The JW Marriott culinary team is excellent. You will have the opportunity to specify any dietary requirements (gluten-free, vegetarian, allergies) during the registration process.
