Eric and Eli launched Speaker Labs in 2016 to focus on two things they’re deeply passionate about: communication and teaching.


They first crossed paths as faculty members at the Ivey Business School, where they had the privilege of teaching packed lecture halls every day. It was there that they fell in love, not with each other (though they are best friends), but with the art of teaching. Helping others grow became more than a job; it became a lifelong passion.


After their time in academia, they ventured into the fast-paced world of tech startups (they are millennials, after all). What stood out in every role, at every level, was one consistent truth: strong communication is the cornerstone of success. Whether in boardrooms, pitches, or team meetings, the ability to express ideas clearly and confidently was a challenge many professionals faced — and Eric and Eli felt drawn to help solve it.


So, they took the leap.


They turned their passion into a company: Speaker Labs.

    Certification requires completion of the guided pre-work, full participation in the five-day immersive intensive, and successful delivery of your signature keynote using the Limitless framework.


  • How much preparation is required?

    Approximately 30 days before the intensive, you receive the Limitless Speaker

    Workbook and guided pre-work. You also submit a three-minute introduction video so

    the coaching team can understand your goals before you arrive.

  • Is this only for aspiring professional speakers?

    No. The program is designed for leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, experts, and

    professionals whose ability to create trust, clarity, and action depends on how they
